In order to create public offers on Debt Mart you need to register with us as a debt collecting firm.

After the registration, you will gain the following possibilities:

• You'll be able to create public offers
• You will see the debtors' personal information for the debts that are sent to you for a review.
• You'll be able to buy the debts according to your public offer
• You won't be able to sell debts
